<p><strong>RADIANT STRENGTH EMPOWERMENT BOOTCAMP-</strong> Conditioning moves that flow from your core through all planes of movement using weights and your own body weight. On loaded cardio (with light weights) is done rhythmically paying close attention to alignment and anatomical movement as well as balance. Off loaded (bodyweight) cardio is traditional jacks, jumps, push ups, punches, kicks, twists lunges.….. The exercises are more demanding working the upper and lower body muscles together giving a complete workout and even an abdominal workout without the crunches.  Fast pace allows for a great cardio<strong><em> </em></strong>workout and<strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>super fast fat loss.</em></strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong>ALL EXERCISE LEVELS MORE THAN WELCOME</strong></p>
<p>* There will be 4 camps…….in order for this to happen I need at least 10 people registered for each camp in order to make that camp feasible.</p>
<p>* You must register for one home group camp. I need 10 people per home group to run the camp.</p>
<p>* You have all access to all camps after registration. That is a total of <strong>44</strong> camps.</p>
<p>* The fee is:</p>
<p><strong>$175</strong> Before June 1<sup>sT</sup> 2011</p>
<p><strong>$200</strong> After June 1<sup>st</sup> until June 8<sup>th</sup> 2011</p>

Specifically, in regards to my work as a fit lifestyle coach, I think it is important for anyone looking for my help to know &#8220;WHY&#8221; I have chosen to train and coach people into a fit lifestyle.</p>
<p>MY &#8220;WHY&#8221;</p>
<p>To encourage as many people as possible to pursue a fitter, healthier, more responsible lifestyle so that they can be happy and healthy and in turn inspire others to take care of their fit life style as well. Positive healthy habits are learned just as negative habits are learned. The difference is the positive habits keep you happy and healthy. If we can be responsible for ourselves everyone around us has a better chance of taking care of themselves. THIS INCLUDES ME!!!!!</p>
<p>In becoming invested in my “WHY” I had to make some major changes this January. The place I was teaching in was far too negative for me to keep my focus on my “WHY”. For months I had known that I needed to leave and I had been laying the ground work. In January I was called into a meeting and I had gotten fired. Today I like saying FAVORED. Since then I have been given the freedom to follow my “WHY”. My new schedule reflects the wonderful opportunities that I have been engaged in lately. I hope you can join me at some point. <p>The most popular bootcamp times are Wednesday @ 6pm and Sunday @ 10am. The other time I am counting on but not sure of is Tuesday at 9:30am. The camps will start the week BEFORE spring and last 11 weeks. The clocks get turned back MARCH 13TH so it will be light out Wednesday night&#8230; for sure.</p>
<p>I have changed the rate scale because it just works better. So the bootcamps will be $175 for unlimited sessions. That means you could take 3 per week if I have the Tuesday but you will certainly be able to take two. Wed and Sun.</p>

<p><strong>1.</strong> Please e-mail me back with your priority (first choice class) and second choice. <a href="mailto:DIANE@Dianefinkelday.com">DIANE@Dianefinkelday.com</a> Like I said the Wednesday and Sunday will be held for sure. I already have enough participants. I’m just trying to get a number for Tuesday at 9:30. So far I only have 4 people for Tuesday at 9:30 and I need 10. I will not take over 30 per class.</p>
<p><strong> 2.</strong> pop a check in the mail and make it out to Diane Finkelday. $175</p>
<p>When you e-mail me with your times I will send you my address.</p>
<p>I need to receive the check by March 11<sup>th</sup>. If you are unable to send me a check please let me know in your e-mail.</p>
<p><strong> 3. </strong>Along with your check please sign and date the  WAIVER OF LIABILITY. This will also be e-mailed to you when I recieve your preferrred/first choice class e-mail.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> if for some reason we have REALLY BAD weather the bootcamps will run an extra week to make up for the possible loss of sessions.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Last year I decided that it was time to change a few things in my life. I am a Fitness Professional. I teach Group Fitness and I am a Personal trainer/coach. One major change that I have wanted to make for a few years was to expand my teaching into other areas outside of Rockland County, NY. My main objective, I would like to move my life back into Westchester. I moved to Rockland from Westchester in 1998 after I got married. I am divorced 10 years and I have wanted to move my life back to Westchester ever since. I used to teach in NYC and later I moved my teaching and my life to Westchester. Twelve years ago I moved to Rockland County and not to long after wards I was faced with some medical issues. I had to stop teaching group fitness and REALLY thought I would never teach again. As life has it, gratefully, I started to teach again 4 years ago and I have been contemplating a move ever since. FEAR was a huge deterrent to making this change happen. I had many really BAD excuses for my lack of courage.<a></a></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Dauntlessly, last year I challenged my fears and this year, so far, much has changed. I have decided to expand my Group Fitness teaching and eventually my life back into Westchester and NYC. It is a slow process to generate a new group fitness following but I am stepping up to the plate. Recently, I was rehired by Equinox in Westchester and I am having a wonderful experience. I am reuniting with old friends and making many new ones. I am so happy that I have made the decision to expand. On this blog I will post my temporary Westchester teaching schedule in the next few weeks. <p style="text-align:center;">I am no longer teaching at Vision Fitness in Rockland County but you can find me at Premier Fitness in Nanuet, NY, Rockland County.</p>
